✓ MCA has allowed Companies to conduct their Annual General Meeting through VC or OAVM means in accordance with framework earlier provided by MCA till 31st December, 2022.


✓ MCA has allowed Companies to conduct their Extra Ordinary General Meeting through VC or OAVM means in accordance with framework earlier provided by MCA till 31st December, 2022.

Important Decisions taken by the Apex body of the ICSI in its 295 Meeting held on 24 March, 2023 : 1. Approved the increase in 'Entrance Fees (Application for Associate and Fellow Membership) from Rs. 2000/- to Rs. 3000/ w.e.f 01 April, 2023. 2. Accorded in-principle approval to formulate "ICSI Stewardship Code' for all Institutional Investors and Service Providers, encapsulating the best stewardship practices. 3. Approved the extension of the last date for obtaining mandatory CPE credits by the Members for the Year 2022-23. 4.
