✓ National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) vide it's circular dated April 25, 2022, has issued frequently asked questions with respect to disclosure of Related Party Transactions under Regulation 23 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.

Important Decisions taken by the Apex body of the ICSI in its 295 Meeting held on 24 March, 2023 : 1. Approved the increase in 'Entrance Fees (Application for Associate and Fellow Membership) from Rs. 2000/- to Rs. 3000/ w.e.f 01 April, 2023. 2. Accorded in-principle approval to formulate "ICSI Stewardship Code' for all Institutional Investors and Service Providers, encapsulating the best stewardship practices. 3. Approved the extension of the last date for obtaining mandatory CPE credits by the Members for the Year 2022-23. 4.
