✓ SEBI vide it's notification dated November 23, 2021 prescribed following disclosure(s) to be made in relation to Related Party Transactions (RPTs).

A. Information to be reviewed by the Audit Committee for approval of RPTs

B. Information to be provided to shareholders for consideration of RPTs

C. Format for reporting of RPTs to the Stock Exchange

Important Decisions taken by the Apex body of the ICSI in its 295 Meeting held on 24 March, 2023 : 1. Approved the increase in 'Entrance Fees (Application for Associate and Fellow Membership) from Rs. 2000/- to Rs. 3000/ w.e.f 01 April, 2023. 2. Accorded in-principle approval to formulate "ICSI Stewardship Code' for all Institutional Investors and Service Providers, encapsulating the best stewardship practices. 3.
