Companies Act: Extension in last date of Annual Filing
✓ Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide Circular dated 29.10.2021 extended last date of filing of Form AOC 4, AOC 4 (CFS), AOC 4 XBRL and MGT 7/7A till December 31, 2021 without additional fees in respect of financial year ended on March 31, 2021.
