BSE Update: Filing of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report in XBRL Mode by Listed Companies

✓ Bombay Stock Exchanges (BSE) has mandated listed companies to file Annual Secretarial Compliance Report through XBRL Mode in addition to the filing in PDF mode within 60 days of end of financial year in accordance with SEBI Circular dates February 8, 2019.

Important Decisions taken by the Apex body of the ICSI in its 295 Meeting held on 24 March, 2023 : 1. Approved the increase in 'Entrance Fees (Application for Associate and Fellow Membership) from Rs. 2000/- to Rs. 3000/ w.e.f 01 April, 2023. 2. Accorded in-principle approval to formulate "ICSI Stewardship Code' for all Institutional Investors and Service Providers, encapsulating the best stewardship practices. 3. Approved the extension of the last date for obtaining mandatory CPE credits by the Members for the Year 2022-23. 4.
