BSE Update: Reporting of violations under Insider Trading Regulations by listed companies

- SEBI Circular dated July 23, 2020 has prescribed the format with respect to reporting of violations under SEBI ("Prohibition of Insider Trading") Regulations, 2015 ("Insider Trading Regulations") relating to the Code of Conduct ("CoC").  

- To file the above disclosure more accurate and efficient, the BSE, has introduced facility through listing centre with immediate effect, for filing of reporting the violations under Insider Trading Regulations, relating to the CoC

- Path to file disclosure with BSE, shall be as follows:

Login to BSE Listing Centre Compliance Module > Non quarterly submissions > Reporting of Code of Conduct violations under SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015
 
- The disclosures regarding violations of Code of Conduct shall not be disseminated on the Exchange website, BSE clarified.
 
- All listed entities shall file the reporting for violations of Code of Conduct (CoC) in this prescribed manner only and shall not mail or submit through Corporate Announcement.
